    Given enough time, anything in penetrable. No mobile device should be considered safe storage. A thief will grab and go, and use any means necessary, once in a secure location, to open a storage container. The BoX should be kept in a home safe, or within a secure immobile storage device.

  • Each titanium capsule (The AleX) is designed to carry a hardware wallet which is tagged with a colored sticker. There are five custom designed holes for up to five of The AleX capsules. Above each hole is a space to drop a matching colored block above The AleX. Reach for the capsule marked blue and know exactly what crypto is "stored" inside.

  • Yes.

    Use the large rectangular area to store The IndeX, cords, Yubikey, extra cold wallets, etc.

  • There are several factors to consider...

    First, not everyone's home storage is the same. We have some customers who have received multiple orders of The BoX and literally store the cases inside a walk-in home vault. In this scenario, it is probably safe to store seed wallets inside The BoX.

    Second, because we have designed The BoX to hide trackable devices, it may well be the safest place to store seed wallets, even if your home safe is not as elaborate as the one described above.

    Third, it's important that you assess your home security and weigh the risk of theft and storing seed wallets inside the same case that carries the hardware wallet.

    Finally, a passphrase wallet stored outside The BoX prevents anyone from accessing your crypto, even with the seed phrase in hand. However, you should also consider you will need your seed phrase to restore a new hardware wallet to replace a lost or stolen device. For this reason, customers often purchase duplicate cold wallet units.
